The broad spectrum protection of a sunscreen will protect its user from both UVA and UVB rays.
These are ultraviolet radiation that is given off by the sun whether it’s sunny and bright or cloudy and dark. It doesn’t have to be sun to be a danger to your skin.
The SPF rating of a sunscreen varies from 15 to 100. It’s the amount of time that a person can be in the sun without burning.

You’ll still need to reapply every 80 minutes, but that gives you plenty of time to sweat while you’re training or having fun.
Along with being resistant to water and sweat, the lotion is photostable, too. The sun’s harmful UV rays can actually break down some sunscreens and sunblocks.
When you’re in the sun for a few hours, the lotion doesn’t wear away by touch. It’s often worn away by the sun itself.
The spray has all the ingredients needed to block the UVA and UVB rays of the sun. There are physical and chemical ingredients that are used to block the ultraviolet rays.
The Coppertone SPORT Continuous Spray Sunscreen has other ingredients that are fantastic for your skin.
It has Vitamin E and other moisturizing ingredients that hydrate the skin. You don’t want to end up with dry skin while you’re using the sunscreen.
It won’t happen with this sunscreen spray. A moisturizing formula doesn’t have to be greasy, either. This spray won’t have an impact on your grip, which can be a serious problem in some sports.
This sunscreen goes on light and non-greasy. It won’t clog your pores or lay heavy on your skin. The last thing you want is a heavy, greasy lotion on your skin.
It can actually make you sweat and clog your pores leading to breakouts. That won’t happen with this sunscreen.

The Coppertone SPORT Continuous Spray Sunscreen is a great spray for those who are worried about their sports and activity level.
You want to spray your body and head outdoors without being concerned that you’ll burn. If you plan on staying outside more than 80 minutes, you’ll definitely need to reapply, but that’s true of every sunscreen.
